Wendy Becker
Chairman of the Board at Logitech
Wendy Becker is the Chairman of the Board at Logitech, overseeing the company’s strategy and performance. She joined Logitech in September 2017 as a non-executive director and became Chairman in September 2019. She also chairs the company’s Nomination and Governance Committee.
Prior to joining Logitech, Ms. Becker held executive roles at Jack Wills Limited, Vodafone Group, and TalkTalk Telecom. She was also the marketing director at Vodafone and a partner at McKinsey & Company.
Ms. Becker is currently a director at GSK plc and Sony Corporation, and she is involved with education and governance organizations at the University of Oxford.
Ms. Becker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Hanneke Faber
CEO of Logitech
Hanneke Faber joined Logitech on December 1, 2023, as CEO. She brings over 30 years of leadership experience at global companies, including Unilever, Ahold Delhaize, and Procter & Gamble. Hanneke has driven growth and innovation in the consumer, B2B, and e-commerce sectors, particularly at multi-billion-dollar companies.
Prior to joining Logitech, she was President of Unilever’s Nutrition Business, managing operations in over 150 countries and leading global brands such as Knorr and Hellmann’s. Hanneke also has leadership experience at Ahold Delhaize and Procter & Gamble, where she developed e-commerce businesses and launched the Max Factor brand in China.
He is a board member of Tapestry Inc. and has worked at Bayer AG. Hanneke holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Houston, where she was the Dutch National Diving Champion. In 2021, she was ranked by Fortune magazine as one of the most influential women in business.
